Hello there Spring-in-your-step lovely people.
I’m having a pret-ty nice day sitting at my homemade desk (!) working hard the ol’ computer and printer (!) hooked up. (!=New additions)
Writing back to clients about shoots. I hope nothing is buried or lost in the inbox madness.
I was invited to the most amazing, amazing studio space over the weekend. The studio of a friend you can hear about from Kristi, here. Champagne, shirtless men, bright lights. Swoon. The kind of place exactly like I fantasize about regularly.
Check out his beautiful work, http://www.franciscomaciaso.com/
Here Francisco Macias O is in action–shooting Alissa.
I’m home now, trying to re-group from the weekend madness, drinking the most delicious ginger, lemon, honey concoction. Mmmmmmm. It’s doing it for me.
Signing things. Researching things.
Today I registered for a studio lighting workshop at Photo Center Northwest. SO PUMPED!
The workshop is next Saturday, alllllll day, and then in the evening, allllll night, I am shooting at a party/fundraiser. At this event, put on by creative young people in Seattle, there will be live music, dj’s, lovely drinks, non-profit support, and likely some freaky shenanigans. Next Saturday is May Day too. I expect to see baskets of flowers all over. The side walk. our doorstep. Bonus.
Check the event details out! –Momentum!
All this is happening while my friend, Isan, will also be in town. Literally she was in the room (errr, log cabin–Lazy Creek Ranch) when I was born. So, yeah, we go back. Montana days!
Back to the list!
