and for the record..that trip I mentioned last post to the lake house? Well, the ginger/lemon infused tequila I made for the weekend was divine and last night we DID use the remaining lemons and ginger for chicken marinade!

Quite enjoyed dinner..despite what the pre-stages look like here.
