Camera body that is! I just had to have a second for weddings. GASP. It’s freaky deaky and I’ll still need to upgrade more soon. But in business, yes we are.
First wedding of the summer next Monday!
I cannot wait to capture these glowing lovebirds at their party by the beach.
Golden Gardens Bathhouse we are coming for you.
I’m working with Kai in a coffee shop and we can’t get over what a bummer Radiohead is (and every guy she has ever dated loving them). We are getting sad and scared just listening. Thanks RH.
Kai attempting to drown out Radiohead with her own headphones. Isn't she just a (romper)gem?
BUT! Last week I got to get away from radio(head), internet, the city, and work (I love my job, but you get the point) and escape to the lake house.
I got an adrenalin rush doing this!
Fun fancy fast floaty toy for adults. Being ripped around the lake by the neighbor, Ron. Awesome.
We made tons of delicious food including multiple kinds of skewers ( I DIE for skewering. So fun.)
This batch included pineapple, shrimp, onions, sweet potatoes, nectarines, and tomato in a coconut milk marinade.
Skewering is the way to my heart. Charred fruits and savory seafood tidbits, oh heck yes.
After all the feasting I needed some R and R.
Gauzy white curtain light also gets me every time.
I would like to combine early 90s trends and have some gnarly floral FLUORESCENT items. Where are my neon green peonies please?
Oh yes, I'll wake up for this one.
The mini vacay was capped off by the amazing fact that tiny Eatonville (the nearest town–and all crested by a view of MASSIVE Mt. Rainier) has a little grocery store. In this store we found an amazing old school FROZEN YOGURT MACHINE. Seriously.
This family grocer was like baloney–on sale! Mountain Dew– Sale! and then a miracle.
Creamy-amazing-delish-fat-free-CHEAP frozen yogurt in blueberry cheesecake and white chocolate almond.
Might move there.
